These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reinbox.org and any services offered by REInbox ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

REInbox provides done-for-you cold email marketing services for real estate investors, including lead list building, email infrastructure setup, campaign management, and reporting. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for client engagements are defined in a separate service agreement or order form provided at signup.

No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and your follow-up on leads we generate. Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement (such as a performance guarantee with defined terms), we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, or closed deals. Testimonials and case studies on this site reflect individual results and are not a promise of similar outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in applications and onboarding
• Use leads and data we provide in compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state-level regulations
• Maintain timely follow-up on conversations and appointments we generate
• Pay agreed fees on the schedule set out in your service agreement

Payments and Refunds

Setup fees and recurring service fees are described on our pricing page and finalized in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, and recurring fees cover the upcoming service period.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, belongs to REInbox. Campaign assets we build for you (copy, sequences, and lists you paid to have verified) are yours to keep as set out in your service agreement. Our internal tools, processes, and know-how remain ours.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REInbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by email and phone about your inquiry. SMS communications require separate opt-in and are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates these Terms or applicable law. Client engagement termination rights are defined in your service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which REInbox is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
